1.About product:
1. Since cake apt to go bad, please remind consignee who should eat it or put into refrigerator as soon as possible after receiving it.

2. Since cake is handmade produce, the comprehension and workmanship about the picture vary from person to person .So every maker have different viewpoint, and limited by the local material, the cake you received may be a little bit different from website.
 
2.About order:

1. When filling in the order sheet, please write in detail about the full name, address, contact phone number, so that we can serve you in time and accurate. If the following causes result in the order delay and can't deliver, we will not accepting responsibility.
  # Customer offer the wrong address or not detailed address.
  # Customer doesn't offer the contact information of consignee or offers the wrong contact information.

2. After you complete your order, please wait for our letter of confirmation to verify your order information whether it correct or not. Please inform us in time when you find any mistakes.

3. If you send out your order out of working hour, you want us to delivery goods next morning. Sorry to say that it's confined to actual condition, and cannot be realized; The second day afternoon does not in this restriction scope. Our working time is from 9 a.m. to 18 p.m..

4.We serve only downtown section of this city according to the "Delivery Location", if the address that your offered is far from downtown, you should pay for the extra fee, we hope that you can connect us and to solve the problem. If we cannot connect you in time, the system will cancel it after 3 days, and put money in virtual account. After we contact with you, we will return the money to you according to your willing.

5.you should order at least 24 hours in advance, we guarantee that we will deliver it on time.

 
3.About payment:

There are many reasons may resulting in the order's delay and delivery impossibly, we will not take the responsibility if it happens as follows:
  # Customer does not pay or the money is returned by bank;
  # Customer payment have not still enter in our account before delivering in 6 hours;
  # When you have not chosen the payment online, you must send over the order information that order number and your information by facsimile; because everyday many customers adopt the same way of payment, it's too difficult for us to confirm whether you have paid or not. (not including the remit from website)

2. Because the payment of cards of China Merchants Bank is the rapidest, please choose one of them if you could, so that we can serve you in time.

3. If you payment has exceeded the date you appointed, we will connect with you, and serve again according to your requirement.
 
4.About delivery:
1.We will not accept responsibility if it happens as follows:
  # According to delivery time, consignee didn't appear in customer appointed address, and have no other persons in this place receive;
  # rresistible incident, for instance: Naturally calamity

2.we will try 3 kinds of following method to contact relevant customer: Contact consignee, contact order person and the notify party. We'll not deliver the goods if still cannot get contact with any of them. And We'll not restart service until the new time is confirmed.

3.Usually we acquiesce that you allow goods can be received, unless you put forward with acceptance by personally;

4.If it happens as follows , we only deliver once, we cannot take the responsibility for product wear and extra fee if you want delivery again ,
  # Consignee rejection;
  # Without the permission of the consignee, customer still asks to deliver.
  # consignee does not appear at the place and time of the appointment with shipper.

5.Please check and accept on the spot when receiving cake, if discover quality problem, you have right rejection or ask for barter, but you should mark the reason of rejection or barter, and write reasons clearly.

6.The important holidays such as Christmas and the Spring Festival, valentine's day, the Mid-Autumn Festival and the Mothers' day, we can not satisfy according to customer designated time section, we only promise that deliver on that day.
5.About gift:
1. Because the gift we offer is delivered by post office, therefore the gift can be sent by post office all over the country.

2. Since gift deliver by post office, possibly we cannot deliver the cake in the same time arriving.
